Attendance Policy

The strength of the Cohort lies in the collective energy, shared dialogue, and consistent presence of its members. Because each session builds upon the last and relies on peer-to-peer negotiation simulations, your presence is vital.

  • The One-Absence Rule: To maintain the momentum of the curriculum and honor the commitment of your peers, participants are permitted only one (1) absence over the duration of the 8-month program.

  • Notification Protocol: In the event of an unavoidable conflict, WE Talk must be notified via email at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Impact on Graduation: Exceeding one absence may result in the forfeiture of your program certificate and access to networking events. 

  • Non-Refundability: Please note that absences do not entitle the participant to a partial refund or credit toward future cohorts.
