WE Talk Collective™ is an 8-month, in-person cohort program dedicated to empowering professional women (ages 25–55) to bridge the gap between their current value and their ultimate potential. Hosted in a cozy, women-affirming space for 3.5 hours monthly, this intensive journey moves beyond theory, focusing on actionable skills such as mastering assertive dialogue, applying tactical salary negotiation strategies, and confidently dismantling workplace bias. You will join a small, committed cohort of women to engage in deep practice, receive personalized coaching, and leave with a clear plan and the confidence to claim your full value, transforming conversation into quantifiable success!
