For far too long, women have navigated a system not designed for them-facing wage gaps and other "likability traps". WE Talk™ is an 8-month, in-person cohort program dedicated to empowering professional women (ages 25–55) to bridge the gap between their current value and their ultimate potential. Hosted in a cozy, women-affirming space for 3.5 hours monthly, this intensive journey moves beyond theory, focusing on actionable skills such as mastering assertive dialogue, applying tactical salary negotiation strategies, and confidently dismantling workplace bias. You will join a small, committed cohort of women to engage in deep practice, receive personalized coaching, and leave with a clear plan and the confidence to claim your full value, transforming conversation into quantifiable success. We're not just teaching women to talk; we're teaching them the skills to be heard!

For $4,750.00 or 8 payments of $594.00, you get a high quality small cohort experience with skills you can immediately apply to your work or business.

Amanda Bonilla

Amanda is a human-centered strategist with over 15 years of experience transforming how organizations talk, lead, and grow. From her tenure in executive cabinets to her work crafting proprietary inclusion playbooks and workshops for national clients, Amanda bridges the gap between complex concepts and actionable leadership insights. Her approach allows for candid conversations that emphasizes practical outcomes and shared ownership, creating environments where diverse groups can move from discussion to decision-making.

Nora Elder

Nora is a facilitator, coach, writer and speaker passionate about helping people self-advocate and self-actualize. Rooted in curiosity, empathy, and strategic thinking, Nora has over 10 years of experience in the field of HR and leadership. She is also a certified EQ coach and speaker who combines all of that experience with practical skills and creative approaches to think big while making tangible progress.
