Whether they are raising children, caring for aging parents and spouses, or balancing it all in the "sandwich generation," the weight of these roles is immense—with 60% of local caregivers reporting significant stress. We will dive into these local realities, connect you with Central Indiana resources, and provide a space to recharge among women who truly understand.
