According to the Indiana Women's Report, nearly 1 in 4 women are currently providing care for a loved one, often spending twice as much time on these tasks as men. Whether they are raising children, caring for aging parents and spouses, or balancing it all in the "sandwich generation," the weight of these roles is immense—with 60% of local caregivers reporting significant stress. We will dive into these local realities, connect you with Central Indiana resources, and provide a space to recharge among women who truly understand. It’s time to pause, fill your own cup, and let us take care of you for a change.
